Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns are not offered due to the nature of our products. If you have an issue with a product you receive from us please reach out to us directly.

No returns, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for slimes that have been over-activated by the customer. For assistance with fixing your slime, please visit our Slime Care page for helpful tips!

To request a return, please email us at support@moodyslimes.com. Please note that prepaid return labels are not included.

Received Damaged Slime?
If your slime arrived damaged, email us at support@moodyslimes.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged slime.

Received the Wrong Slime?
If you received the wrong slime, please email us at support@moodyslimes.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect slime. If the original slime is still in stock, we will send a replacement at no additional charge! If the original slime is no longer available, we will issue a refund or offer a substitute.
